How do I make a booking?

How do I make a deposit?
A 50% deposit is required on all reservations to secure your Villa.

We send an deposit invoice once you have made your choice and you pay via paypal or credit card.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation must be made 7 days prior to arrival date by email only.

Please note that any deposit or payment made is non-refundable.

What payment methods are available?
We accept bank transfer to BDO account, PayPal and cash.

Credit card payments can be accepted via Paypal Invoice.

Your villa can be paid in full electronically and all other expenses and activities shall be paid in cash.

How to get around the Island?

Scooters are the best way to get around the island and enjoy the freedom to explore.

We have full automatic and semi automatic scooters available for rent.

Can I withdraw cash on the island?
 It is a good idea to withdraw cash in the city before you arrive to Siargao.

There are 4 ATM available (Del Carmen, Airport, Dapa, General Luna)

however they do not always accept all cards and is occasionally offline.

How do I get from the airport/port to Island Pacific Villas?
Airport Transfer is available with the shared AC minivan (300php/person)

Port Transfer is available with tricycle (300php/trip)

What is included in the Villas?

We provide luxury cotton linens and towels.

Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and small fridge (Excludes Eco Villa).

Villa cleaning service , free WIFI in hangout area and laundry available at a small fee.

Can I surf even if I am a beginner?
Absolutely! There are several spots suitable for beginners and together with a surf instructor,

your first time on a board is guaranteed fun.

When is peak season?
September to Mid-December is the first peak season.

In September Siargao Island is the host for the National and International Surf Competition

along with the annual town fiesta. During these times General Luna is filled with

international and national guests. Second peak is during the summer months

of the Philippines, March to June.

When is it rainy season on the island?
Rainy season starts mid-December and ends late February.

There is still plenty of surfing to be found during this time.
